Open procedure for the assignment of the Hosting, Management and Maintenance services of the Electronic Attendance Register for classroom activities and synchronous FAD for training plans funded by Fondimpresa

The following services are the subject of the contract:

A. Taking charge of the register and putting it into operation. Preparatory service for the performance of all other services.

B. Software Development and MEV. It includes software development and Evolutionary Maintenance (MEV) for the REF system and for integrations with other systems (e.g. FPF).

C. MAD/MAC and second-level Help Desk. It includes the Adaptive Maintenance (MAD) and Corrective Maintenance (MAC) of the entire software assets developed, including maintenance and maintenance costs, where applicable, for the COTS (Commercial Off-The-Shelf) software that make up the infrastructure and the management of the second-level Help Desk service.

D. Hosting, operating, and maintaining hardware and software.

It should be noted that for the aforementioned service "A. Taking charge of the register and its commissioning", being preparatory to the performance of all the subsequent services covered by this document, there is no separate, specific cost item as the related economic charge is poured into the cost item attributed to the "B. Software Development and MEV" service.
