The project consists of transforming all the buildings located rue Haute, 57-59 and rue Notre-Seigneur, 24-32 in B-1000 Brussels, into at least 13 transit housing units and 1 shop.

The programme is likely to incorporate some changes over time. The amended programme, on the basis of the project selected and approved by the P.A., will be communicated to the successful tenderer at the time of notification of its designation and invitation to draw up the preliminary draft.
