1. The subject of the contract has been divided into 2 parts: 1) Part 1 – "Delivery and assembly of furniture for the needs of the building of the Cultural Center in Lisia Góra" 2) Part 2 – "Delivery and assembly of equipment for the building of the Cultural Center in Lisia Góra" The order is carried out with the co-financing of the project under the Regional Operational Program of the Malopolska Region for 2014-2020, Priority Axis 11 Revitalization of regional space, Measure 11.2 Renewal of rural areas.

A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in Annex 3, 3.1, 3.3 to the SWZ. The furniture offered by the Contractor must have parameters in accordance with the requirements of the Ordering Party specified in the above-mentioned annexes. The Contractor undertakes to deliver and assemble the furniture at its own expense, by its own transport in the building of the Cultural Centre under construction, in the rooms indicated by the Contracting Authority in the quantity and assortment in accordance with the assortment of furniture. The Contractor is obliged to include in the total price of the offer all additional costs referred to in the SWZ together with its integral attachments, including the costs of delivery to the place indicated by the Ordering Party, self-assembly of furniture, packaging and insurance for the time of transport to the place indicated by the Contracting entity and VAT. The scope of delivery and assembly includes: loading, unloading, unpacking, twisting and assembling furniture and setting (the Ordering Party will indicate the places of setting and the method of arranging furniture in specific rooms at the assembly stage) and leveling in the indicated rooms, cleaning up and removal from the Ordering Party's premises of all waste, packaging (cartons, foils, etc.) Any defects (including damage) caused during assembly and delivery due to the fault of the Contractor at the place of delivery shall be removed at the expense of the Contractor. The Ordering Party requires that the subject of the contract is brand new, has no traces of use and is not subject to the rights of third parties and that all materials used for the production of the subject of the contract have attestations or certificates. The Contractor shall provide together with the subject of the contract on the day of delivery the necessary documents: certificates or attestations in accordance with the description of furniture contained in Annex 3 – Description of furniture. Before submitting an offer, you should read the entire SWZ with attachments. Failure to submit observations under Article 135 et seq. PPL Act means acceptance of SWZ.
