1. The subject of the contract is the service of collection and management of municipal waste from real estate inhabited in the Municipality of Konopnica
1) Information about the municipality of Konopnica relevant to the order:
a) number of localities – 20
b) number of permanently inhabited inhabitants – 14 194,
(c) number of declarations submitted – 5 178 .
(d) an estimated quantity of 6920 Mg of waste.
3) The scope of the order includes:
a) collection and management of municipal waste directly from the owners of real estate residing in the municipality of Konopnica
b) delivery of bags for separate collection in the colors specified in the regulations (on the principle of "bag for bag") necessary for the proper functioning of the waste management system,
c) delivery of containers for the collection of municipal waste in multi-family buildings (cooperatives) in the municipality:
d) collection of waste that will be exhibited by residents in front of the property in the so-called "exhibition" share system
communal from real estate inhabited from the area of the Konopnica Commune

(2) The reception and transport concerns the following waste:

The subject of the contract is the collection of an estimated amount of 6920 Mg of waste.
3) The scope of the order includes:
a) collection and management of municipal waste directly from the owners of real estate residing in the municipality of Konopnica
b) delivery of bags for separate collection in the colors specified in the regulations (on the principle of "bag for bag") necessary for the proper functioning of the waste management system,
c) delivery of containers for the collection of municipal waste in multi-family buildings (cooperatives) in the municipality:
d) collection of waste that will be exhibited by residents in front of the property in the so-called "exhibition" share system
The Contractor undertakes to perform the subject of the contract in accordance with applicable law.
2. The detailed scope of the contract is included in Annex No. 3 to SWZ – Description of the subject of the contract (OPZ) and the model contract
3. The contracting authority provides for the award of the contract referred to in Article 214(1)(7) with a value of not more than 50% of the estimated value of the basic contract, within a period of 3 years from the date of award of the basic contract, to the existing service contractor, consisting in the repetition of the service referred to in Chapter V, points 1 and 2. The contract is provided for in the contract notice for the basic contract and will be consistent with its subject-matter.
