The subject of the contract is the supply of medicinal products, including drugs used in the treatment of haematological diseases and drugs used in the treatment of multiple sclerosis and disposable medical devices.
A detailed description of the subject of the contract, including information about the assortment, quantities and its requirements, is specified in the price form constituting Appendix No. 2 to the Terms of Reference, in which the Contracting Authority requires the trade name of the drug.
The validity period of the offered subject of the order cannot be shorter than 6 months from the date of each delivery
The offered subject of the contract must be admitted to the market of medicinal products in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 6 September 2001 – Pharmaceutical Law (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2016, item 2142, as amended).
The requirement does not apply to Parts where no products are required. but: part 12.
