1.The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity in 2024 to the points of consumption described in Annex No. 5a/5b/5c/5d/5e to the SWZ, with the admission of partial bids.
2. The subject of the contract includes the supply of electricity in the period from 01.01.2024. to 31.12.2024r. up to 4,009 consumption points (PPE) with a total estimated volume (fluctuation in consumption +/- 10%) 90,877.93 MWh (basic order), including:
1) for premises and facilities - other tariff groups (Part 1) – 35 257.72 MWh – a detailed list of PPE is attached 5a to the SWZ (basic order),
2) to premises and facilities – tariff group B (Part 2) – 15 505.97 MWh – a detailed list of PPE constitutes Annex 5b to SWZ,
3) for the needs of road lighting and signalling (Part 3) – 13 423.93 MWh – a detailed list of PPE is Annex 5c to the SWZ,
4) for transport companies (Part 4) – 16 261.71 MWh – a detailed list of PPE is Annex 5d to the SWZ,
5) for universities (Part 5) – 10 428.60 MWh – a detailed list of PPE constitutes Annex 5e to SWZ

As a result of the settlement of the proceedings, 37 contracts will be concluded.
Deliveries will take place from 01.01.2024. until 31.12.2024, subject to possible different dates of commencement/completion of deliveries described in detail in the List of collection points and taking into account the rights resulting from the option.

3) Estimated electricity consumption during the term of the contract 15 505.97 MWh.

5) All layouts are adapted to the procedure of changing the seller.
6) Ordering Party - Zakład Usług Wodny Sp. z o.o. in Słupsk - a photovoltaic installation is 590243881019848567 installed in PPE, the Ordering Party has the status of a producer. The contracting authority provides for signing with the contractor with whom the contract for the supply of electricity will be concluded, a contract for the resale and balancing of electricity generated in RES and put into the network (on the contractor's model). Details of the installation and generated energy to be resold can be found in Annex 5b to the SWZ.
7) Deliveries will take place from 01.01.2024. until 31.12.2024, subject to possible different dates of commencement/completion of deliveries described in detail in the List of collection points.
8) Annex 5b describes in detail changes in contractual capacity during the year of validity of the electricity supply contract, which the contractor must take into account when reporting objects in the process of changing the seller.
9) As a result of the settlement, 7 agreements will be concluded.

(6) Annex 5e describes in detail the changes in contractual capacity during the year of validity of the electricity supply contract, which the contractor must take into account when notifying the facilities in the process of changing the seller.
