The subject of the contract is the management of municipal waste collected from the owners of real estate residing in the Municipality of Linia for the years 2023-2025.

Detailed description of the subject of the contract:

The subject of the contract includes the management (recovery or disposal) of municipal waste mixed and segregated from real estate located in the municipality of Linia, - in a way that ensures the achievement of recycling levels and preparation for re-use of municipal waste and the level of reduction of the mass of biodegradable municipal waste transferred to landfill in accordance with the currently applicable provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities and currently applicable implementing acts to the above Act, as well as in accordance with the provisions of local law.
