DPS TARGET

This dynamic procurement system (DPS) is the subject of the delivery of kindergarten and school furnishings and related services to Hansel Ltd customers. The object of the DPS is described in more detail in the request for participation and its attachments.

DPS DURATION

The duration of the DPS is from 11 November 2021-14 December 2025.

The acquisition phase of DPS will begin after the establishment phase on December 15, 2021. The acquisition phase of DPS will expire at the expiry of the DPS on December 14, 2025.

Hansel has the right to suspend the dynamic procurement system in the middle of its validity. During the duration of the DPS, all interested candidates can submit an application to participate in a dynamic procurement system. The DPS is valid until December 14, 2025 unless Hansel suspends it while the DPS expires.

DPS INTERNAL COMPETITIVALS

Hansel Oy's clients carry out procurement among candidates approved for a dynamic procurement system through internal competition from DPS. Internal competition can be made once the acquisition phase of DPS began. Contracts shall be concluded before the end of the dynamic procurement system. Contracting contracts may be valid until 14 December 2027.

Procurement (orders) based on the contract shall be made before the end of the contract. Supplies based on orders must be delivered no later than six (6) months after the end of the contract.
