Occupational and environmental liability insurance as well as environmental damage insurance for the Hessen-Klinik Stadtkrankenhaus Korbach gGmbH incl. Subsidiaries.

Sums insured:

Occupational / Professional Liability Insurance: EUR 10 million flat rate for personal injury and property damage, EUR 250 000 for property damage, excluding deductibles.

Insurance principle: loss event coverage (Occurrence Principle).

Protection of the company liability risks of the client with all auxiliary and auxiliary operations, including the personal liability of all employees. Occupational / occupational liability insurance (including environmental liability and environmental damage insurance) on an occurance basis (mandatory);

- Sums insured for occupational liability insurance: EUR 10 million lump-sum for personal and consequential damages; 2-fold year-maximized,

- Sums insured for environmental liability insurance: EUR 5 million lump sum for personal, material and asset losses; 1-fold year-maximized,

- Sums insured for environmental damage insurance: EUR 5 million lump sum for personal, material and asset losses; 1-fold year-maximized,

- No general deductible.

The annual premiums to be offered are considered as fixed premiums until 1.1.2023. During this period, neither a premium regulation pursuant to section 13 AHB nor an adjustment of premiums pursuant to section 15 AHB will take place.
