The purpose of the consultation is to supply and manage restaurant vouchers for the agents of the Val de Fensch agglomeration community. The services will be the subject of a framework agreement divided into purchase orders without minimum or maximum in application of articles R. 2162-2 and following, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the public order code . The framework agreement will be concluded with a single economic operator. The quantity of meal vouchers to be ordered is estimated annually between 16,000 and 19,008.
