The purpose of this tender is to conclude an agreement with a Tenderer for the performance of maintenance on Building-related installations for the building of the client in accordance with annually to be determined Long-Term Maintenance Planning (hereinafter: MJOP) and in accordance with NEN 2767.

The contract relates to the Building at Amsterdamseweg 13 in Arnhem. This building has a Gross Floor Area (GFA) of 12,624 m2. Client prepares condition measurements and multi-year maintenance plans (MJOP).
