This notice concerns a project management contract relating to a development and construction operation of a housing complex in the Municipality of Evenos.

The programme covers:

- Asbestos removal of existing buildings,

- Possible depollution,

- The demolition of existing ones,

- The construction of 73 new housing units divided into:

- 51 housing units in free accession

- 11 social rental housing units

- 11 housing units in social accession

- The realization of parking in accordance with the PLU and 1 visitor space per 5 dwellings, for a total of 128 spaces for this first tranche.

- The realization of landscaping of common areas to housing,

- The realization of VRD, landscaping, green spaces (floodplain) and the development of the surroundings, including the creation of a pedestrian bridge and the renovation of the existing footbridge as well as the development of pedestrian paths and plots.

The missions that will be entrusted to the holder of the project management contract are as follows:Basic missions:- SKETCH- Summary preliminary project including the preliminary design studies relating to the VRD- Final preliminary project including the preliminary project studies relating to the VRD- Project studies (Building + VRD)- Assistance in the award of works contracts (ACT)- Visa- Direction of the execution of works (DET)- Assistance with acceptance operations and during the guarantee period of perfect completion (AOR)- Scheduling, Steering, Coordination (OPC)Additional missions-Realization of the framework for the breakdown of the global and fixed price (CDPGF) with quantitative and estimated for the alloti- Regulatory thermal study- Marketing assistance including the management of requests and the follow-up of the modification works purchasers (TMA)The total provisional envelope provided by the contracting authority for the works is set at 9,000,000 euros HT
