The contract has as its object the execution of the construction works of the "SGN sludge HUB - Sludge dryer from urban wastewater purification plants FVG Region" at the San Giorgio di Nogaro plant (UD) within the PNRR M2C1 I1.1 Linea C_801 project.

The procedure will be carried out pursuant to art. 71 of Legislative Decree no. 36/2023, as well as in accordance with Legislative Decree no. 77/2021 (converted with amendments into Law no. 108/2021) and Legislative Decree no. 13/2023 (converted with amendments into Law no. 41/2023), digitally pursuant to Articles. 25 of Legislative Decree no. 36/2023 and 58 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016 (within the limits of Article 225 paragraph 2 of Legislative Decree no. 36/2023), through the use of the e-procurement platform activated by CAFC S.p.A. in accordance with the provisions of Legislative Decree no. 36/2023 and Legislative Decree no. 82/2005.

The total amount based on the tender is Euro 12,194,566.82 plus VAT as required by law, of which Euro 10,611,738.14 for body work, Euro 1,219,165.14 for labor costs not subject to reduction and Euro 363,663.54 for security charges not subject to reduction.
