Aalborg Forsyning provides construction works for the construction of new Driftscenter at Gasværksvej. The operating centre contains an administration part, a workshop part and a warehouse function and includes approximately 4800 m² of new construction. Sketch proposals have been carried out and the construction is adapted to the building's use, its surroundings and is desired listed in a good balance between functionality, aesthetics, economy and quality. Existing buildings are demolished and the site is worked according to soil conditions and parking is established, new green areas, etc. The project has a special focus on sustainability and must be certified to DGNB Gold. Against the background of pollution studies, it is recommended that deflection solutions are prepared as a ventilated cavity throughout the building. Aalborg Forsyning wants to establish a unified Driftscenter at Gasværksvej, which provides a synergy with the activities of Aalborg Vand A/S', Aalborg Kloak A/S', Aalborg Heat A/S', Aalborg Bygas A/S and Aalborg Service A/S' activities on the grounds. Operating center Gasværksvej shall support Aalborg Supply as a multi-supply, by assembling operating units across a common, modern and centrally located operating center from which customers and utility infrastructure can be serviced. The project is offered as a total contract and, in accordance with the procedure, is tendered with negotiation. There is a total target price for the total operating centre price of SEK 78,000,000 excluding VAT. With this tender, Aalborg Forsyning wishes to associate a total contractor (a total repricing team) to provide the total construction works and the associated architectural, landscape architectural and engineering engineering design services for the realization of the project.
