the consultation concerns the energy management, operation, maintenance, modernisation and extensions of installations for public lighting, enhancement, tricolour signage, outdoor sports lighting and end-of-year illuminations.

The services are broken down into 5 items:

-G0: Contract Management and Operations

-g1: Management of the electrical energy required for the service (excluding supplies) for about 284kva and 1200 Mwh, watches over electricity supply markets

-G2: preventive and corrective maintenance necessary for the service as well as the monitoring of installations, on-call duty, sports stadiums and tricolour light signalling

-g3: Interventions following unpredictable events

-g5: Unforeseeable work

-g6: compliance, refurbishment, repair, design and modernization, replacement and improvement of the equipment providing the service.

The market will have 1 firm tranche and 5 optional tranches
