The construction project involves the construction of the deep foundation/pile foundation rectangular building. The building has 2 floors. The storey is divided into a basement and a ground floor. The special features of the building are an auditorium and a tower. The gross floor area of approx. 14,165 ² and a gross volume of approx. 74,853 m³.

The work must be completed in sections to ensure the tightness of sub-areas. It is a construction service in accordance with VOB/A, Section 3 (VOB-VS).

- 400 piles, planned pile driving level at approx. 4.00 m above sea level result

Pile lengths of approx. 13.50 m, full displacement bored piles in the load stages

Fk = 800 to 1600 kN, approx. 1/3 of which tensile piles with approx. 250 kN tension.

- Preparation of a verifiable pile statics (proof of internal load-bearing capacity (lump sum)

- Caps of the piles (400 pieces)

- Integrity check (for 10-13 piles)

- Measurement of the piles after the cutting work (execution and distribution in good time before the start of the structural work)

- Construction site equipment (flat rate)
