The subject of this invitation to tender is the construction of the shell, consisting of:

- Perimeter insulation, different thicknesses, approx. 1.590m2

- Total in-situ concrete – approx. 1.275m3

- Formwork outer wall – approx. 1.305m2

- Formwork inner wall, partly SB with board structure – approx. 1.955m2

- Formwork beams – approx. 210m2

- Formwork ceiling slab – approx. 1.010m2

- Prefabricated stairs – 2 individual elements

- In-situ concrete staircase, 26 pcs. with intermediate platform – 1 piece

- Betonstabstahl, B500 B, ca. 186,5t

- KS masonry, D 11.5cm to 20cm – 185m2
