Rural Stirling HA wish to select a Preferred Partnership Contractor to progress the proposed development of 50 units at Claish Farm, Callander.
The Employer, Rural Stirling Housing Association, wishes to adopt a 2 stage procurement selection process to identify a Partnership Contractor to join the team in early course to achieve a negotiated Design and Build tender and to appoint the Contractor to construct the proposed development at Claish Farm, Callander.
The following stages of procurement are proposed:
Stage 1
Part 1 Quality Questionnaire and Part 2 Pricing Assessment followed by an interview process.
Stage 2
Preferred Development Partner selected from Stage 1 is invited to work with RSHA on the design and feasibility. From thereon, a second stage of pricing would be undertaken. If the terms are agreeable, RSHA would intend to enter into a Design and Build form of contract with the Preferred Development Partner.
