As part of the renovation and partial conversion of a school building from the 1970s, manufactured in large panel construction, not basement, 4 full floors, as well as a largely free-standing building with a swimming pool system, manufactured in conventional construction, basement, 1 full floor, the following construction services are awarded in public tender:

- Thermal insulation composite system (version 09.01.2023 to 30.04.2023)

The design of the thermal insulation composite system includes, among other things:

- ETICS approx. 1000m2 including substrate preparation, insulation, fabrics, plaster and accessories;

- Incl. fabric angle plaster strips approx. 350m

- incl. fire barrier 40cm high approx. 270m,

- incl. fire barrier 30cm high approx. 136m;

- including horizontal completion approx. 136m,

- including vertical connection approx. 42m,

- incl. 101 pc window sills, window sills adjoining. approx. 250m,

- incl. plaster carrier panels for venetian blind boxes approx. 220m,

- designed coloured façade areas approx. 73m2

- incl. connect in the area of the attic about 150m.
