The subject of the contract are forest management services as defined in art. 6 clause 1 point 1 of the Act of 28.9.1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2018, item 2129 as amended - "Act on forests") covering works in the field of forest cultivation and protection , fire protection, logging and skidding, development of the Nowa Wieś forest nursery, Christmas tree plantation, seed production and ongoing maintenance of forest roads to be carried out in the Górowo Iławeckie Forest District in 2020.

1) The subject of the contract is forest management services as defined in art. 6 clause 1 point 1 of the Act of 28.9.1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2018, item 2129 as amended - "Act on forests") covering works in the field of forest cultivation and protection , fire protection, logging and skidding, and ongoing maintenance of forest roads.

2) The material scope of the subject of the contract includes the total amount of works resulting from Annex 3 to the ToR.

3) Indicated in Annexes 3.1.-3.3. the location (forest address) of individual forest works falling under the scope of the contract is preliminary. The location (forest address) of individual works within the scope of the subject of the contract will be specified in the order referred to in point 3.3. point 1 of the Terms of Reference, with the reservation that it will always be the area of the package implementation.
