Preparation:
- mask 3390 m2 of floor surfaces (fleece/foil).
- 530 m2 protection of floors with fleece and wooden panel covering, also under scaffolding surfaces
- 1050 m2 masking of windows/glazing/doors/frames
- 6670 m2 of substrate preparation, cleaning: 3220 m2 of wall and soffit surfaces, 35 m2 of round columns, 3420 m2 of ceiling and staircase soffits.
Substrates:
- Remove 3310 m2 of substrate residues in preparation for painting work: 1770 m2 ceiling surfaces, 1360 m2 wall surfaces, 180 m2 soffit surfaces
- Remove 1500 m2 of sinter layers, acidify plaster.
- Wash off 500 m2 of watercourse/dirt on exposed concrete surfaces.
- 500 m2 Betonkosmetik Sichtbetonflächen - Arbeitsfugen.
- 900 m2 of post-processing of concrete surfaces - protruding edges.
- 250 m partial filler concrete surfaces - butt joints, pre-fillers
Coating:
- 3390 m2 ceiling surfaces with dispersion paint NAC 1, white:
- 1760 m2 Stb ceiling surfaces, in-situ concrete fillers and dispersion paint NAK 1, white 320 m2 GK suspended ceilings fabric fillers + dispersion paint NAK 1
- 1310 m2 acoustic perforated ceiling with dispersion paint NAC 1
- 30 m2 soffits of prefabricated stairs with dispersion paint NAC 1, white
- 3040 m2 wall surfaces with dispersion paint NAC 1, white:
- 1500 m2 plaster surfaces fabric fillers and dispersion paint NAC 1
- 690 m2 reinforced concrete walls and dispersion paint NAC 1

Betonlasur:
- 1430 m2 Stb. wall surfaces with transparent concrete glaze, as carbonation-resistant, water-dilutable, dispersion coating, incl. primer and 2 coats,
- 20 m2 plaster surfaces with transparent concrete glaze
- 35 m2 of round columns with transparent concrete glaze.
- Grouting: 3400 m acrylic and silicone, white, concrete grey and coloured
Coating on floor surfaces UG:
- 2200 m2 floor areas and 45 m2 steps: shot peening and sealing screed, with 2-k. epoxy resin (EP water-based paint) for cementitious substrates, for medium mechanical stress.
- 1500 m wound surfaces + 65 m on stairs, for dirt tape 10 cm: shot peening and sealing, with 2-component epoxy resin (EP water-based paint) for cementitious substrates, for medium mechanical stress
Coating on ceiling surfaces of the hall installations:
- 75 m2 sealing with 2-component epoxy resin (EP water-based paint) for cementitious substrates, for medium mechanical stress.
- 145 m2 four different high-quality effect non-woven wallpapers, on individual walls in individual rooms, on spatula.
- 37 m2 photo wallpaper jungle, black and white, as effect wallpaper on two walls - as a large mural, on fine spatula.
Flooring:
- 140 m2 of linoleum coverings in staff rooms, made of 2.5 mm thick web covering, smooth, design monochrome surface effect, fine patterning, concrete look; with substrate preparation work, mechanical insertion and interim protective cover with cardboard/foil.
- 160 m skirting board, 10 cm, bright aluminum, with inner and outer corners on miter.
Miscellaneous: e.g.
- 500 m corner protection profile 5/5 cm, bright aluminium, filled,
- 380 m2 latex base H= 1.0 m,
- Paint 20 pieces of lettering on the inner wall surface
- 200 m2 sealing of wall surfaces with matt seal, two-component, water-emulsified, transparent PUR.
