Denbighshire County Council is seeking to procure an independent, confidential and free consumer and financial advice service for the benefit of Denbighshire residents. This service will be effective in preventing and reducing the issues faced by users in relation to (but not limited to) the full range of benefits and entitlements, debt, energy and fuel, housing, employment, consumer issues and family/relationship issues.
