The Contract is for the delivery of Cleaning Services for a number of buildings on campus with a Contractor who will be responsible for managing and delivering the specified Service in a flexible and responsive way. The Contractor shall take responsibility for maintaining all internal areas including fixtures, fittings, furniture and finishes, to minimise degradation, enhance asset life cycle and ensure the College's high standards and image are maintained.
