forests") including works in the field of forest breeding and protection, harvesting and harvesting wood and tourist development to be carried out in the Cisna Forest District in 2022.
The proceedings shall be carried out in the mode of unlimited tender pursuant to Article 129 (1) (1)) in the case of Articles 129 (2) and Articles 132-139 of the Law of 11 September 2019 Public Procurement Law (text one: Journal of Laws of 2021, item 1129 as amended - “PZP”) and implementing acts to the PZP. The procedure shall be carried out in accordance with the rules laid down for classical procurement with a value equal to or exceeding Union thresholds. The procedure shall be carried out in accordance with the rules laid down for

The contracting authority provides for the possibility of awarding contracts referred to in Article 214(1)(7) of the Public Procurement Law within a period of 3 years from the date of award of the basic contract. The material scope of services constituting the subject of the contracts referred to in point 214(1)(7) of the Public Procurement Law shall not exceed 50% of the value of this contract.
