Kampsax Collegiet, a college of the Technical University of Denmark with 521 rooms, is to undergo a total renovation spread across 4 subject rates, namely plumbing, electricity, ventilation and construction works.

The refurbishment will be carried out in nine stages over the next 5 years with commencement on 1 May 2022, so that each of the 4 specialist reprizes will have to be performed for stage 1 before starting work on stage 2 and so on until stage 9 is completed. There will therefore be a high level of dependence between the 4 trade prices from the beginning of Stage 1 to and including the completion of Stage 9. Contracting entities have chosen to address this when holding a start-up meeting when the tender processes for all 4 trade awards have been completed. There will be painstakingly at the start-up meeting.

The four trade awards are being offered independently.

This tender deals with the execution of trade reprise No 3 on the ventilation workers.

The Entrance Prize and the concrete works consist, inter alia, in the following:

Comfort Facilities - Rooms (Community)

- Includes the establishment of new comfort ventilation systems with aggregate located centrally on roofs—for each block—function as community service of rooms and hallways in individual blocks.

Process plant — kitchens (Community plant)

- Includes the establishment of new process ventilation systems with aggregate located centrally on roofs—for each block—function as joint operation of kitchens in individual blocks.

In addition, the contractor is responsible for carrying out follow-up works at the ventilation centreprice. Followwork includes, among other things, technical insulation, fire proofing, hole taking and associated construction works, including carpentry, brickwork and roofing works, and blacksmithing works for roofs and racks, etc. The contractor is further responsible for prefabricated automatics. Complete aggregate packets with prefabricated internal forecasting are included, as described in the job description.
