The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity for the period from 1 January 2022 to 31 December 2022, in accordance with the applicable provisions, the quality standards of the Act of 10 April 1997. Energy Law (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2020 item 833 as amended) together with implementing acts, for the entity electricity collection points indicated in Annex 1 to SWZ (List of buyers and payers).
