1. The subject of the contract is the development of a technical, economic and environmental study for the project entitled Construction of a tram line from the Rzgowska/Strażacka/Kurczaki intersection to the Polish Mother's Memorial Health Institute.

2. The Contracting Authority described the subject of the contract in Annex 1 to the SWZ – Description of the subject of the contract with attachments and in Annex 2 to the SWZ – Draft provisions of the contract.

1. The subject of these proceedings is the development of a technical, economic and environmental study for the task entitled Construction of a tram line from the Rzgowska / Strażacka / Kurczaki intersection to the Polish Mother's Memorial Health Institute for the following variants:

1.1. Option 1: The tram route from the Rzgowska/Strażacka/Kurczaki intersection to Paradna Street will be led in the green belt between the roadways of Rzgowska Street. The tram terminus should be located in the area between Rzgowska Street and Matek Polskich Avenue on the section between Paradna Street and Józefów Street.

1.2. Option 2: The tram route will be led from the Rzgowska / Strażacka / Kurczaki intersection to the existing bus terminus at ICZMP, which should be extended with a tram loop. Option 2 should distinguish:

1.2.1. Option 2A: The tram route will be led in the green belt between the roadways of Rzgowska Street.

1.2.2. Option 2B: The tram route will be led in the green belt between the roadways of Rzgowska Street to Paradna Street and then Matek Polskich Avenue to the existing bus terminus.

1.3. Option 3: The tram route will be led from the Rzgowska / Strażacka / Kurczaki intersection to the parking lot located in the west-south corner of ICZMP and ends with a bus and tram terminus. Option 3 should distinguish:

1.3.1. Option 3A: The tram route will be led in the green belt between the roadways of Rzgowska Street and then along the existing bus terminus will be introduced in al. Matek Polskich.

1.3.2. Option 3B: The tram route will be led in the green belt between the roadways of Rzgowska Street to Paradna Street and then Matek Polskich Avenue.

1.4. Option 0: no-investment (non-investment) option.

2. Note: All analyses should be based on the initial condition of Rzgowska Street on the section between Paderewskiego and Strażacka / Kurczaki Streets after its reconstruction, i.e. taking into account the existence of an A+T interchange in the area of the Rzgowska / Chóralna intersection and the modernization of the Chojny Kurczaki tram terminus.

3. The Contracting Authority described the subject of the contract in Annex 1 to the SWZ – Description of the subject of the contract with attachments and in Annex 2 to the SWZ – Draft provisions of the contract.
