The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity in the planned total amount of approximately 853 500 kWh for 4 energy consumption points:
Lot No. 1 – Purchase of electricity for the building at 12 Bagatela Street in Warsaw, 520 000 kWh (connection I, II, III);
Lot No. 2 – Purchase of electricity for the building at Al. USA 53 in Warsaw, 333 500 kWh (connection IV);
Purchase of electricity for the building at 12 Bagatela Street in Warsaw, 520 000 kWh (connection I, II, III).The scope of the order:
a) The place of electricity supply is the building of the Polish Investment and Trade Agency S.A. located at Bagatela 12, 00-585 Warsaw – connection I, II, III;
b) The date of commencement of electricity sales will take place on the date of signing the contract, whereas the commencement of electricity delivery will take place after a positive procedure of changing the seller and effective notification of the sales agreement to the Distribution System Operator;
c) The total amount of electricity consumption is forecast in the period: 24 months for consumption points: I, II, III (12 Bagatela Street);
d) The Ordering Party shall provide an estimate of the quantities of electricity ordered and the tariff group that has been adopted for the volume that the Ordering Party intends to realize in the period indicated in the PPU or until the maximum amount of the Ordering Party's obligation resulting from the PPU is exhausted.
Purchase of electricity for the building at Al. USA 53 in Warsaw, 333 500 kWh (connection IV).The scope of the order:
a) The place of electricity supply is the building of the Polish Investment and Trade Agency S.A. located at Al. USA 53, 04-010 Warsaw – connection IV;
b) The date of commencement of electricity sales will take place on the date of signing the contract, whereas the commencement of electricity delivery will take place after a positive procedure of changing the seller and effective notification of the sales agreement to the Distribution System Operator;
c) The total amount of electricity consumption is forecast over: 12 months for point I (Al. USA 53)
d) The Ordering Party shall provide an estimate of the quantities of electricity ordered and the tariff group that has been adopted for the volume that the Ordering Party intends to realize in the period indicated in the PPU or until the maximum amount of the Ordering Party's obligation resulting from the PPU is exhausted.
