1. The subject of the order is the delivery of infusion fluids.

3. The Contractor is obliged to perform the contract on the terms and conditions described in the contract template constituting Annex 4 to the ToR.

a. the subject of the contract was divided and described in 5 parts;

b. each part of the order will be referred to in the ToR as "Package", which has been marked as package from No. 1 to No. 5;

d. the scope and size of each task is presented in detail in: assortment and price forms, marked and described in the ToR as Annexes 1 and 2 to the ToR, in which the required assortment is given in detail;

e. the order may be implemented as part of a selected task or for the whole

Orders.
