Since the contracting authority can not accurately measure the extent of its need for the number of services per task, the inventory provides for presumed minimum quantities that the contracting authority undertakes to order.

In general, the mission of an Energy Efficiency Facilitator (EE Facilitator) is to:

- to raise the awareness of the actors of the sectors concerned to the energy problem in general and to energy efficiency in particular,

- disseminate information on the energy policy of Wallonia, services and tools developed and made available by Wallonia,

- promote the implementation of concrete achievements aimed at improving the energy performance of buildings and production processes.

The objectives of EE facilitators are to contribute to the reduction of energy consumption and CO2 emissions in the supported sectors.
