The object of the contract is a service consisting of the collection of municipal waste from inhabited properties located in the territory of the municipality of Przeworsk and transport to the development of received waste and the development of parts of the waste, i.e. recovery or disposal in a manner that provides achieving adequate levels of recycling, preparation for reuse and recovery by other methods and reducing the mass of biodegradable municipal waste transferred to storage.

1. The object of the contract is a service consisting of the collection of municipal waste from inhabited properties located in the territory of the municipality of Przeworsk and transport to the development of the waste and the development of parts of the waste, i.e. recovery or disposal in a manner that provides achieving adequate levels of recycling, preparation for reuse and recovery by other methods and limiting the mass of biodegradable municipal waste transferred to storage as referred to in the Act of 13 September 1996 on the maintenance of cleanliness and order in municipalities (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 888 as of late) indicated in point 2 of the Description of the Order Subject from January 1, 2022 to December 31, 2022.

2. The scope of the object of the contract includes the collection of municipal waste from inhabited property during the entire period of execution of the order and transport to the development of the installation:

1) mixed municipal waste,

2) municipal waste collected selectively:

(a) colourless and coloured glass;

b) paper;

c) metals and plastics;

(d) biowaste;

(e) consumed electrical and electronic equipment;

(f) large-sized waste;

(g) ashes;

(h) waste not eligible for medical waste generated

in households as a result of the intake of medicinal products

in the form of injection and monitoring of the level of substances in the blood,

in particular, needles and syringes.

3. Admission to the PSZOK (Selective Collection Point of Municipal Waste) of municipal waste and transfer to the sorting plant of municipal waste for use.

The following waste collected selectively provided by property owners will be received in the Selective Collection Point of Municipal Waste:

1) glass,

2) paper,

3) metals and plastics,

4) biowaste, shredded branches of trees and shrubs,

5) clothing and textiles,

6) consumed electrical and electronic equipment,

7) large-sized waste,

8) construction and demolition waste resulting from renovations in households, carried out in their own right by property owners,

9) window glass,

10) worn tyres,

11) Ashes,

12) construction and packaging polystyrene,

13. hazardous waste arising in households, in particular:

(a) expired medicines and chemicals,

(b) used batteries and batteries,

(c) paints, adhesives, solvents, varnishes, waste oils and packaging after these substances,

(d) plant protection products, cleaning products, resins, wood preservatives and packaging after these substances,

(e) fluorescent lamps and other waste containing mercury including mercury thermometers,

(f) waste ineligible for household medical waste due to intake of medicinal products by injection and monitoring of blood levels, in particular needles and syringes.
