On behalf of the Naturverndsverket, the County Board of Dalarnas County manages state-protected areas. In the county there are currently 360 nature reserves and 3 national parks as well as state leads and Natura 2000- areas.
The purpose of the procurement is to meet the need for timber for chiplaying for joints and other construction in protected areas. The county government will call off lumber on a varied scale.
