The subject of the Order is:
• in the scope of Part I, supply of fuel oil to the Placówek Podlaski Branch of the Border Guard in the quantities indicated in the description of the object of the contract as set out in Annex 1a to the SWZ;
• in the scope of Part II, supply of fuel oil to the Placówek Podlaski Branch of the Border Guard in the quantities indicated in the description of the object of the contract as set out in Annex No 1b to the SWZ;
The subject of the order is the supply of fuel oil in quantities up to 271 348,00 liters with technical parameters: light fuel oil PN-C-96024-L-1, defined by the standard PN-C-96024:2020 -12 or equivalent to the facilities of the Podlaski Division of the Border Guard indicated in the table below.
The Contracting Authority shall allow equivalent solutions to the subject matter of the contract described by the Polish Standard transferring the European standard under the principles laid down in Article 101 of the PZP Law.
Heating oil must meet the following requirements:
(a) ignition temperature — not less than 56 0 C,
(b) density at 15 0 C — not more than 860 kg/m3,
(c) calorific value — not less than 42,6 MJ/kg,
(d) water content — not more than 200 mg/kg,
(e) residue after ingestion — not more than 0,01% (m/m),
(f) sulphur content — not more than 0,10% (m/m),
(g) kinematic viscosity at 20 st. C — not more than 6,00 mm2/s,
h) flow temperature max (-20 st. C).
The subject of the order is the supply of fuel oil in quantities up to 218 652,00 liters with technical parameters: light fuel oil PN-C-96024-L-1, as defined by the standard PN-C-96024:2020 -12 or equivalent to the facilities of the Podlaski Branch of the Border Guard indicated in the table below.
The Contracting Authority shall allow equivalent solutions to the subject matter of the contract described by the Polish Standard transferring the European standard under the principles laid down in Article 101 of the PZP Law.
