Safety and Health Protection (SPS) coordination mission on SPLA-IN Aix-Marseille Provence projects

This contract is a mixed multi-awarding framework agreement with purchase orders and subsequent contracts within the meaning of Articles L.2125-1 1° and R.2162-1 to R.2162-14 of the Public Order Code. These missions will focus on buildings located in the five blocks presented in the Special Technical Clauses (CCTP) setting out the context of the operation. They will consist essentially of the restructuring and rehabilitation of the latter. They may also concern deconstruction for the most deteriorated buildings. Three (3) successful tenderers will be appointed, subject to a sufficient number of tenders, for this framework agreement in order to meet the needs of SPLA-IN AMP. This framework agreement is concluded without a minimum amount and with a maximum amount of benefits of 800,000 euros excluding VAT (cumulative benefits for all successful tenderers) over the total duration of the framework agreement, including renewals.
