The subject of the contract is the provision by the operator, on behalf of and for the benefit of the Employer, of comprehensive technical, operational and commercial management of the Masovian Winter Sports Center - the Chorzele complex - stage I in Chorzelach (hereinafter referred to as the Center), including organization at the Center and / or acquiring sporting, cultural and commercial events and providing the scope of services included in the contract with the operator.

The subject of the contract is the provision by the operator, on behalf of and for the Employer, of services consisting in comprehensive technical, operational and commercial management of the Masovian Winter Sports Center - Complex Chorzele - stage I in Chorzelach (hereinafter referred to as the Center), including organizing at the Center and / or acquiring sporting, cultural and commercial events and providing the scope of services included in the contract with the Operator under the following conditions.

1) The Employer informs that the current operator managing Mazowieckie

Winter Sports Center - The Chorzele Complex has signed two contracts with the Independent Public Health Care Center in Przasnysz for renting an indoor swimming pool for the implementation of projects:

- RPMA.09.02.02-14-b246 / 18 entitled: "Healthy spine - early detection and rehabilitation of spine diseases",

- RPMA.09.02.02-14-b241 / 18 entitled: "Taste of health - implementation of early detection and treatment of childhood obesity".

The contracts were signed until June 30, 2020.

In addition, the operator has signed contracts for an advantageous indoor swimming pool with other entities.

2) The Ordering Party informs that the service consisting in performance has been carried out

Opinion on the technical condition of the object "Masovian Sports Center

Zimowych - Chorzele Complex - stage I ”. This opinion may be made available by

Employer at the request of potential Contractors.

3) The Awarding Entity informs that the price list of services has been adopted by Resolution No. 23/2013 of the Management Board

Przasnysz Poviat of 4.4.2013 on determining the amount of fees for using the facilities and equipment of the "Mazowiecki Centrum Winter Sports Center

The Chorzele complex ', which is Annex 9 to the ToR.

The operator undertakes to ensure that, in accordance with the adopted program assumptions, the legal status and standard for running this type of facilities, the functioning of the complex implemented as part of the project "Mazowieckie Centrum Sportów Winter - Chorzele Complex - stage I in Chorzelach" and consisting of:

a) a swimming pool,

b) recreational pool (for swimming lessons) with a SPA tub,

c) dry and wet saunas,

d) solarium,

e) sanitary facilities and the building's surroundings (parking lots, green areas),

f) conference and sports hall,

g) green area around the facility.
