The contract applies to Hålogaland Theatre's requirements for transport services related to the Theatre's tours. The contract period is 4+2 years. This means that the maximum contract period is 6 years.

The Theatre is the touring theatre for Troms and Finnmark, as well as some touring in northern Nordland. The normal touring period is 3 - 4 weeks, and we have approx. 3-5 production teams on tour annually. Parallel tours may occur, which mean that 2 buses are needed for simultaneous use.

One production normally needs one combibus with a driver. This depends on the cargo capacity and seat capacity that are needed for each production. The need for cargo capacity varies from approx. 40 m3 and 65 m3 and a seat capacity from approx. 10 to 45 seats. The cargo compartment must have a length from 6 to 10 metres, a height of minimum 2,5 metres and a width of minimum 2,4 metres.
