The subject of the contract is the collection, transport and waste management service code 191212 or/and 191210 through the recovery or disposal process The detailed description of the object of the contract (OPZ) is set out Annex 2 to the SWZ. The Contracting Authority shall authorise the submission of Partial tenders. Under the term of the Partial Offer, it is appropriate to mean an offer providing for, in accordance with the contract documents, the performance of Parts of the order. A description of the individual parts is set out in Annex 2 to the SWZ. You can make an offer for one Parts or all Parts of the order. The Contracting Authority shall not specify the maximum number of Parts for which the contract may be awarded to the same Contractor.

• The Contracting Authority provides that the monthly amount of waste receipt code 19 12 12 will be approximately 450 Mg with the possibility of reducing or increasing the quantity by 20% during the month; the maximum amount of waste collected during the period from the date of entry into force of the Agreement to 31.12.2022 shall be 6 480 Mg.
• Transportation of waste to the site of development on the Contractor's side.
• A one-month settlement period shall be fixed for partial execution of the order.
• Waste transmitted will be received in bulk (unironed).
• Waste will be weighed on the weight of the Contracting Authority — this weight will be taken into account for the settlements between the Parties.
• Load on the side of the Ordering Party.
• The Contractor will provide trucks with a “movable floor” semi-trailer or with an oplandex semi-trailer with a possible load of a minimum of 20 tons.
• Receipt of waste will be carried out only on working days from 6-19. Place of collection of the Department of Disposal Waste Disposal RUDNO Sp. z o.o., Rudno 17, Municipality of Ostróda. The Contracting Authority shall report to the Contractor to the indicated e-mail address a weekly demand for the collection of waste, the waste must be received by the Contractor in accordance with the weekly schedule sent. The Contracting Authority shall allow a change in the weekly timetable for the collection of waste, which shall immediately notify the Contractor at least one day in advance.
• The Contractor shall not bring any additional claims to the Contracting Authority for the amount of waste during the settlement period.
• The Contractor shall, at each request of the Contracting Party within 3 working days of the request, give all necessary information regarding the final method of use of the waste received, including an indication of the installation to which the waste eventually came and other necessary information, which will be needed by the Ordering Party for other necessary purposes.
• A condition for the settlement for each waste batch received shall be the delivery by the Contractor of a paper or electronic invoice together with an attached detailed list of waste received confirmed by the Contracting Authority and an attached document confirming the use of waste .
• Deadline of the agreement: from the date of signing the contract until 31 December 2022

Reception, transport and management of waste code 19 12 10 - combustible waste (pre-RDF alternative fuel) through its recovery and/or recycling between the date of signing the contract until 31 December 2022. 'Description of the item of the contract for Part No 2 under the name: “Receipt, transport and use of waste code 19 12 10 - combustible waste (pre-RDF alternative fuel) through its recovery and/or recycling during the period from the date of signing the contract until 31 December 2022.”
• The Contracting Authority provides that the monthly amount of waste receipt code 19 12 10 will be approximately 800 Mg with the possibility of reducing or increasing the quantity by 20% during the month; the maximum amount of waste collected during the period from the date of entry into force of the Agreement to 31.12.2022 will be 11 520 Mg.
• Transportation of waste to the site of development on the Contractor's side.
• A one-month settlement period shall be fixed for partial execution of the order.
• The transmitted waste will be received baled in the form of wire knotted cubes, the weight of one bale is 350 to 550 kg, in case of a press failure, the waste will have to be received in bulk.
• Waste will be weighed on the weight of the Contracting Authority — this weight will be taken into account for the settlements between the Parties.
• Load on the side of the Ordering Party.

• The Contractor shall, at each request of the Contracting Party within 3 working days of the request, give all necessary information regarding the final method of use of the waste received, including an indication of the installation to which the waste eventually came and other necessary information, which will be needed by the Ordering Party for other necessary purposes.
• A condition for the settlement for each waste batch received shall be the delivery by the Contractor of an invoice in paper or electronic form, together with an attached detailed quantitative list of waste received confirmed by the Contracting Authority and an attached document confirming execution waste management.
