This call for tenders concerns a contract for an IT Service Management system (hereinafter abbreviated as "ITSM system"). A contract will be concluded with one supplier.

The purpose of the tendered contract is to acquire and implement a modern, user-friendly and reliable platform for IT Service Management.

There is a demand for standard software, which is, however, adapted to the needs and conditions of AAU.

The tender is conducted as a negotiated procedure in accordance with the Public Procurement Act (Act no. 1564 of 15/12/2015 as amended).

The procurement procedure thus consists of a prior prequalification and a subsequent negotiation phase.
