IKTNH wants a system that fulfils the municipalities' and users' needs. A system that simplifies the working day and optimises the use of resources. We want to be modern municipalities that are equipped for digital development.
• We want a user-friendly system of high quality.
• The systems shall be holistic and address all needs described in this agreement.
• The system must be available for use quickly. Early and good training must be provided, with an emphasis on intuitive processes and simplicity in the formulation of the work tasks.
• Each municipality will have its own databases. The systems must be configurated equally for all of the participating municipalities. Nevertheless, it must be possible to adapt the systems to each municipality when there is a special and professionally justified need for variation in set-up.
• Archival documentation must be continuously filed in the municipalities' stand-alone archive core.
• Shall always support national standards and common components
