1. The subject of the order is the construction of the DP 3249W road on the section PSG PCH1-Brzeski Kołaki together with the construction of a bridge on the Orzyc River.
2. The order has been divided into two parts.
3. The Awarding Entity does not provide for: conclusion of a framework agreement; the possibility of awarding contracts referred to in art. 67 section 1 point 6 of the PPL; selection of the most advantageous offer with the use of electronic auction; establishing a dynamic purchasing system.
4. The Contracting Authority provides for the possibility of applying the procedure referred to in art. 24aa paragraph 1 of the Act of 29.1.2004. Public Procurement Law.
5. Award procedure - unlimited tender.
1. Construction works for lot 1 of the contract include works for the road industry:
1) Construction of a road section with a length of 0.535 km:
- District road class L with bituminous surface for the traffic category KR6, single-carriageway with a width of 7.00 m (two lanes with a width of 3.50 each),
- pavement with paving pavement width 2.00 m,
- a bicycle path with paving surface 2.5 meters wide,
- individual exits with pavement paving, width 5.00 m,
- drainage of the road in the form of roadside trapezoidal trenches with a slope slope of 1: 1.5,
- development of the green area adjacent to the road,
- vertical and horizontal marking.
2) Construction of a road section with a length of 3.371 km:
- poviat class G road with bituminous surface for the category of traffic KR3, single-station with a width of 7.00 m (two lanes with a width of 3.50 m each) along with shoulders with a width of 1.25-1.50 m each,
- reconstruction of intersections with poviat roads No. 3211 in Chorzele-Zaręby, 3234W Stara Wieś-Chorzele-Krasnosielc,
- reconstruction of intersections with municipal roads,
- individual 4 m wide congresses and public exits for the service road, width 5 m,
- road drainage in the form of roadside trapezoidal ditches with a slope slope of 1: 1.5,
- PEHD pipes with diam. 80 cm, 60 cm and concrete pipes of Wed. 40 cm
3) Construction of a service road with a length of 3,371 km:
- poviat road - service road with aggregate of natural aggregate (gravel) with a width of 5.00 m, giving a 6% decrease for roads and roadsides.
4) construction of a box culvert in 3 + 350 km with a frame structure made of reinforced concrete with a cross-section of 2.50 x 1.50 m.
ATTENTION:
The subject of the order concerns the completion of the construction of the previous Contractor's works.
A detailed description of the order has been presented in Part III of the ToR, which is: design documentation, technical specifications for the performance and acceptance of construction works, a list of works carried out by the previous contractor, decisions and other formal and legal documents.
The enclosed project documentation includes works already carried out by the previous Contractor. The material and assortment range of the works is determined by the project documentation along with a summary of the number of works carried out by the previous contractor.
The material and quantitative scope of construction works of individual Parts of the order are also specified in the works prepared by the Employer, constituting annexes to Part III of the Terms of Reference. Bills of quantities are auxiliary material and have been placed in order to facilitate the Contractor to prepare a full price calculation.
2. The date indicated as the beginning of the order in Section II.2.7) of the contract notice is a planned date and is subject to change.
3. The date of the final acceptance determined in the acceptance report shall be deemed the date of performance by the Contractor of the subject of the order.
4. The Purchaser requires a bid bond. The bid bond should be submitted before the deadline for submission of offers. The amount of the deposit is PLN 100,000.00. The period of validity of the bid bond should cover the period of being bound by the offer. Detailed requirements regarding the bid bond can be found in Part I of the ToR - pt.12.
1. Construction works for lot 2 of the contract include robots of the bridge industry:
1) construction of the culvert on channel No. 1:
The culvert is located within the road belt with an average width of approx. 32.00 m.
2) construction of a 60-meter bridge on the Orzyc River:
A single-span arch bridge with bottom travel with a steel composite grate with a reinforced concrete deck plate. The total width of the road elements on the site will be 10.00 m, while the overall width of the object (in the light of cornices) including structural elements and applied safety bands will be 15.60 m. The theoretical span of the bridge in the support axes is 60.00 m. Supports reinforced concrete structures, monolithic, placed indirectly on reinforced concrete piles.
