This contract relates to the procedure pursuant to art. 4 and 15 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016, published in Europe for the sole purpose of ensuring maximum participation in compliance with the aforementioned article 4 applicable to the sector of excluded contracts referred to in the same regulatory complex, for the conclusion of three framework agreements, each with a separate contractor, which can be subscribed pursuant to art. 54 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016, referred to herein as the applicable contractual form, for the supply of radiant diffusion systems for the implementation of the Rai Way networks envisaged in the refarming plan of the macro-regional DTT MUX and the subsequent passage to the DVB-T2 standard, under the conditions all established in the technical specifications and in the framework agreement framework.
