This contract allows for the contracting of a framework agreement for the acquisition of rights to use the strong and unique authentication software solution that meets the functional and technical expectations set out in the CCTP. These acquisitions will be phased in on the basis of purchase orders. These will be carried out in accordance with the price list and catalogues provided by the applicant in his response to this consultation
