The assignment concerns the delivery, implementation, development and management of a software solution for the requested IGA functionality, as well as services for the adoption of the changing business processes within the Client's organization.

The Client puts a tender on the market in order to obtain one (1) tender for the delivery and hosting of software including services in the field of implementation, adoption and management. The general purpose of the Tender Procedure is to conclude two Agreements with two Contractor(s). One (1) Agreement with a vendor for the provision of software, licenses, and hosting, and one (1) with a vendor for deployment, adoption, and management services. The entire Contract will be awarded to the Tenderer with the best value for money.
