The purpose of this contract is the management of the Home Help Service of the City Council of Valladolid, according to the regulation established in the Regulation regulating public care services for the elderly and dependent people published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Valladolid of September 22, 2021 that defines this provision, and which includes the services provided for in art. 10 of that regulation.

The home help service is a professional service designed to facilitate the development or maintenance of personal autonomy, prevent individual or social deterioration and promote favorable conditions in family relationships and coexistence, contributing to the integration and permanence of people in their usual living environment, through appropriate intervention and personal support, socio-educational, domestic and/or social.

The material performance of this contract is defined in the Specifications

LOT 1: Home help with the following modalities:

• Personal care home help service.

• Laundry service at home.

• Family respite service for people with difficulties in their autonomy.

• Modality of cleaning at home (On a transitory basis, according to the provisions of the Second Transitory Provision of the Regulatory Regulation of public services of care for the elderly and dependent people of the City Council of Valladolid).
