By 2022, VisitDenmark expects total media spend of 25 million. DKK, to which the right media mix should be put together based on a deep understanding of consumer expectations and consumption patterns. VisitDenmark's media consumption in VisitDenmarks markets can vary from year to year.
The framework agreement includes both online and offline media procurement across VisitDenmarks markets.
VisitDenmark may choose the vendor to make the specific media purchases that will be fixed in connection with the individual campaign, but VisitDenmark may also choose to make individual media purchases themselves or purchase them through other channels.
The benefits offered will be able to vary in size and scope from larger tasks to a stand-alone activity or to advice in a specific case.

The tender business is conducted as a tender with negotiation in accordance with Sections 61-66 of the Procurement Act (Order of Law No 1564 of 15.12.2015). The tender form with negotiation is chosen as the need for the provision of media services cannot be met without the adjustment of already available solutions, as provided for in Section 61 (1) (a) of the Procurement Act.
