The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management in accordance with the definition in Article 6(1)(1) of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2022, item 672 – "Act on forests") including works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, harvesting and harvesting of wood and tourist development, to be carried out in the DRETYŃ Forest District in 2023. The material scope of the subject of the contract includes the total quantities of works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, harvesting and harvesting of wood and tourist development resulting from Annex 2 to the SWZ, which consists of:

Appendix No. 2.1. – planned size of works;

Appendix No. 2.2. - detailed size of works by groups of activities, activities and locations;

Appendix No. 2.3.1. – characteristics of forestry in the field of timber harvesting;

Appendix No. 2.3.2. – assortment system of timber harvesting in forestry;

Attachment No. 2.3.3. – summary of distances

The subject of the contract shall be forest management services as defined in Article 6 (1), point.

1 of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2022, item 672 – "Forest Act") covering works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, logging and skidding of wood and tourist development, to be performed in the DRETYŃ Forest District in 2023.The material scope of the contract includes the total number of works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, logging and skidding of wood and tourist development resulting from Annex 2 to the SWZ. 3.6. In relation to each Package, the Contracting Authority is entitled to commission the Contractor with an additional material scope in relation to the total number of all activities valued in each item of the cost estimate constituting part of the Offer ("Option"). The subject of the Option will be the same (analogous) works as described in the SWZ and priced by the Contractor in any of the items of the cost estimate constituting part of the Offer. Under the Option, at the choice of the Ordering Party, all, some or

only one of the works indicated in the SWZ and valued by the Contractor in the cost estimate constituting part of the Offer.

The works subject to the Option may be commissioned in quantities which will not exceed 20% of the Subject Value of the Agreement determined in accordance with § 10 (1) of Annex 12 to the SWZ. The basis for determining the value of works commissioned under the Option (to determine its scope) will be the unit prices of individual works included in the offer cost estimate forming part of the Offer.

The Ordering Party is not obliged to order works covered by the subject of the Option, and the Contractor is not obliged to claim their order.

3.7. The Contracting Authority provides for the possibility of awarding contracts in the amount of 50% of the basic contract referred to in Article 214(1)(7) of the Public Procurement Law within 3 years from the date of award of the basic contract.

3.8. The orders referred to in point 3.7 will consist in the repetition of services consistent with the services constituting the subject of this contract and services similar to them in the technological aspect of their performance. The material scope of services constituting the subject of the contracts referred to in point

3.7. works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, logging and harvesting of wood covering activities indicated generically in Annex 2 to the SWZ, which result from forest management plans in force in the administrative area of the DRETYŃ Forest District or which, in connection with guaranteeing proper forest management, have become necessary to be performed as a result of or in connection with natural events, climatic or atmospheric.
