This public contract concerns the supply, installation and maintenance of overhead, semi-buried or underground collection bollards in voluntary contribution. The communal sectors concerned by this contract are: Coubron, Clichy-Sous-Bois, Gagny, Le Raincy, Livry-Gargan, Neuilly-Plaisance, Neuilly-Sur-Marne, Noisy-Le-Grand, Les Pavillons-Sous-bois, Rosny-Sous-Bois, Vaujours and Villemomble

supply of HDPE aerial terminals on the territory. The licensee must be able to provide charging stations that respect the urban context (available space, accessibility, occupation of the public domain). The equipment must comply with the European or French safety standards in force

In order to ensure the maintenance of the aesthetics of the terminals, the safety of the users (users and collector), and to guarantee a lifetime of the terminals, the selected service provider must be able to carry out preventive maintenance of the terminals (of all types).This maintenance will concern the general maintenance and washing of the columns, in accordance with the recommendations of Article 7 of standard NF EN 13071-2. This maintenance must follow the supplier's recommendations in order to preserve the manufacturer's warranty.
