The subject of the present procurement procedure is the conclusion of an inheritance contract with a construction obligation and subsequent leasing of the property to the client.

Due to the focus of service provision, the service is classified from construction work from a public procurement law point of view.

The aim of the procedure is the award of a heritable building right with a construction obligation for the construction of a freight centre with attached office space on construction site 11 of the airport site to a professionally and financially efficient investor and the obligation to lease the freight centre to the heritable building rightor as well as the granting of a purchase option in favour of the heritable building rightor after a fixed term of the general lease agreement of 15 years.
