Planning service for the service profile:

- Structural engineering according to HOAI Part 4, Section 1, § 51, LPH 1-6 and other special services

The client intends to carry out the following construction project: Energy-efficient renovation of a small two-field hall, a gymnastics hall and the sanitary and changing areas, addition of an elevator and upgrading of fire protection and accessibility.

The estimated construction costs for the cost groups 300 - 400 are net € 2,394,000. This does not include a possible increase in the construction price index.

The object of the award are planning services with the following range of services:

- Structural engineering according to HOAI Part 4, Section 1, § 51, LPH 1-6 and other special services

To this end, planning offices are invited to participate in the competition, which can cover the aforementioned performance profile and have implemented comparable measures in the past. The assignment will take place in stages.

The following procedure is carried out:

In phase 1, potential applicants are invited to submit their requests to participate with the required proofs.

In phase 2, the requests to participate will be checked and the number of admitted applicants will be limited.

Phase 2 applicants will be invited to negotiate separately.
