Involvement of experts in pathomorphology to conduct assessment of pathomorphological diagnostics units (JDP) for meeting accreditation standards

The subject of the contract is the involvement of 12 experts in the field of pathomorphology, whose task will be to prepare and conduct the assessment of pathomorphological diagnostic units (SPDs) in terms of meeting accreditation standards. Deadline for the performance of the contract: From the conclusion of the contract until 31 December 2022, subject to the possibility of extending the contract performance period, if the financing institution agrees to extend the project implementation period, until 31 March 2023 at the latest. Contractors will be informed about the extension of the contract at the latest 2 months before the end of the contract. Part 1 — Expert 1

The subject of the contract is the involvement of experts in the field of pathomorphology to carry out the assessment of pathomorphological diagnostic units (SPDs) in terms of meeting accreditation standards, for the period from the conclusion of the contract until December 31, 2022. The duration of the contract may be extended until 31 March 2023 if the financing institution agrees to extend the project. Contractors will be informed about the extension of the contract at the latest 2 months before the end of the contract. During this period, the Ordering Party plans to carry out accreditation reviews in approx. 30 JDP.1. The task will be attended by 12 visiting experts, specialist doctors in the field of pathomorphology, with experience in clinical work and knowledge of the requirements of accreditation standards announced in the announcement of the Minister of Health of 24 September 2021 on accreditation standards in the field of providing health services and the functioning of pathomorphological diagnostic units (Journal of Laws of the 2021.75).
